just hit M, go back to the map and then go back to the outpost.

Dosn't matter... I had to leave to go eat dinner (I never left out of spite, I've lucked out for the most part) They can continue without you. The second person in line becomes leader

here is a stupid question how do you make yourself the leader . Like if the current leader leaves and you know the mission but are not next in line. Just thought it could be useful to know.

Why don't you put it up in Sardelac? As a thing to change, cause being forced to return to the outpost or town sucks right now.
